H-1B Internal Audits
The H-1B non-immigrant visa is a work visa that enables United States employers to seek and employ highly skilled foreign workers from around the world. This visa allows foreign workers to work temporarily in the United States in Specialty Occupations which require at a minimum the attainment of a U.S. Bachelor’s degree or its foreign equivalent.

We check that each file contains the necessary paperwork in the chance of a government audit. We also review payroll records, quarterly returns, and any additional documents related to the program. PERM Internal Audits
The Department of Labor (DOL) issues a permanent labor certification only after a sufficient test of the U.S. labor market has been conducted. Obtaining labor certification is the first step in the employment based immigration process towards Lawful Permanent Residency.

Form I-9 Internal Audits
Under the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (IRCA), all employers must verify that every person that is hired is either a U.S. citizen, a lawful permanent resident, or a foreign national with authorization to work in the United States. U.S. Employers verify this by completing a Form I-9 for each new hire.
